The 4P system includes four key areas: Product, Position, Promote, and Profit. First, I walk you through how to evaluate and improve your product, even if it’s not totally unique. The truth is, you don’t need a Shark Tank-worthy idea—you just need to make your product better, whether through its form (style, packaging, branding) or function (usability, pain-point solving). I share my own experience with Cuffs Couture and how I refined a wrist wallet into a product people actually wanted to buy.
Next up, we tackle positioning—why your customer actually needs what you’re selling. It’s about more than just features. Customers buy products that make them feel something or solve a real problem. I share examples from clients like Shanti of A Brighter Year and Rachel of Falcone Farms, who learned how to differentiate their brands through clear, emotion-driven messaging.
Then we get into promotion—because once you have the right product and the right message, you need a visibility strategy. I talk about why adding new sales channels can be more effective than relying solely on social media, and how to get seen without burning out. Finally, we talk about profit, the part most entrepreneurs skip. If you’re not pricing for margin, all the effort in the world won’t build a sustainable business.
