SMS MESSAGING TERMS AND COMPLIANCE
1. Program description. This messaging program sends SMS notifications, alerts, reminders, customer support messages, and occasional marketing communications to customers and prospective customers who have opted in to receive SMS messages from The Product Boss. Opt-in is collected through web forms on theproductboss.com, theproductbossworkshop.com, and theproductboss.co, including our webinar registration, program application, event registration, and call booking pages, each of which includes a dedicated consent field for SMS, or by texting a keyword to one of our numbers. Messages may include:
Webinar, masterclass, workshop, and live event registration confirmations and reminders
Sales call and consultation booking confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates
Program and coaching updates for customers enrolled in our programs
Customer support and account communications
Marketing and promotional messages about our programs, products, events, and special offers, where you have opted in to receive them
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from The Product Boss.
2. Opt-out instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or text STOP to 1 609-544-2677. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Support information. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@theproductboss.com or (805) 292-1550.
4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the programs you have opted in to. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Age restriction. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.
