This sense of overwhelm and the topic of changes came up in our mastermind and Minna was reminded of a time when her family was going through a trauma/crisis almost five years ago and she was referred to the Kübler-Ross Model. It's a model that was created for dealing with the grief and the process that happens and it's also known as the "change curve".
